How do I register a Private Limited (Pvt Ltd) company in Sri Lanka?

Reserving a unique company name at the Registrar of Companies (ROC). Preparing and filing incorporation documents (Form 1, Form 18, Form 19, Articles of Association). Appointing at least one director and a licensed company secretary. Obtaining the Certificate of Incorporation from the ROC. Our team handles the entire process end-to-end on your behalf.

Why do I need a Company Secretary for my Pvt Ltd company?

How long does it take to register a company in Sri Lanka?
