Important Notice | Original Business Registration Documents

We have received many inquiries regarding “original” Business Registration Certificates and other company documents. Please note the following important update from the Registrar of Companies (DRC), Sri Lanka:
📌 Since 02 May 2022, the Department of Registrar of Companies issues all certified copies and company registration documents exclusively in digital format through the official eROC system.
📌 The facilities of self-collection, courier, or Registered Post have been officially discontinued.
📌 Therefore, the digital copy provided via the eROC system is the official original issued by the Government of Sri Lanka.
At CENTRAL COURT (PRIVATE) LIMITED | E Corporate, we deliver to you the same official certified digital documents exactly as issued by the government. These digital copies are considered legally valid “originals” and are accepted by all relevant authorities, including banks and government institutions.
🔒 No printed hard copies are provided by the government. If required, we can assist you with additional certified printouts for your records, but please note that the legally valid original remains the digital certificate.
